I am passionate about building connections and creating a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I do this through a therapeutic approach that is client centered and strengths based. My approach is influenced by theories like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy. I value each of my client’s uniqueness and being non-judgemental is very important to me. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and have experience working with children who are questioning their sexuality and/or gender. I enjoy working on skill building with my clients, and always want to know what they are hoping to learn in therapy. I look forward to connecting with you!Â
