Born and raised in North Carolina, it truly is my home! I completed my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work at Appalachian State University. With an early childhood background, my work focuses on engaging with children and family systems with a focus on holistic and individual care. I have experience working with children of all ages from toddler through the teen years. 

I am also qualified to treat the following mental health conditions:

My passions as a therapist are rooted in the ideas that self acceptance and understanding lead to holistic healing. I firmly believe every client deserves equitable access to affordable, high-quality mental health care, and resources to mitigate societal marginalization. As a therapist, I acknowledge how intersectionalities can impact the therapeutic relationship and recognize my own biases in order to better serve my clients. My clinical approach incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) modalities. I am excited to connect with you and your families to build an open and honest relationship, foster and cultivate strengths, and reach your personal goals!
