A native of North Carolina and grew up locally in Apex. I graduated from East Carolina University back in 2017 with my Bachelors in Social Work (BSW). I later obtained my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from North Carolina State University with a focus in clinical counseling. I have experience working with children, adults, and families. 

I am currently pursuing my licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA). My background includes serving as a Family Engagement Specialist, where I collaborated with families and children to create customized action plans aimed at enhancing their overall well-being. These experiences have equipped me to effectively engage with individuals and families facing diverse challenges. I've learned that fostering connections through genuine interactions and attentive listening is key. I am especially enthusiastic about supporting adults and children in their journey towards improved mental health and relationships.

I deeply respect the uniqueness of each individual and prioritize maintaining a non-judgmental stance. Collaborating with clients on skill-building is a rewarding aspect of my work, and I always seek to understand their goals for therapy.
