I am committed to walking alongside you on this journey towards healing, growth, and resilience.

In my clinical practice, I utilize an integrative approach to counseling children, teen, and families, drawing primarily from Family Systems Theory. This approach acknowledges that individuals do not exist in isolation but are interconnected within the context of their family and broader social systems. Understanding these intricate relationships is crucial in promoting holistic healing and growth. I also integrate elements of  attachment theory.  This perspective highlights the importance of secure attachments in childhood development and emphasizes the role of caregivers in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. By fostering secure attachments and strengthening parent-child relationships, we can support healthy emotional development and resilience.
