I was born and raised in New York however, I recently relocated to North Carolina! I earned my Bachelors in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University. I have experience in group, individual therapy, and crisis intervention. I also have worked in higher level care serving adolescents through adults, where I provided crisis intervention and short-term therapeutic services. In my work with adults, I focus on helping clients build insight and practical skills to manage stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and improve overall emotional well-being.

I use a variety of evidence-based techniques including- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy—while always centering your voice and goals in the process. Our work will be collaborative and grounded in your strengths, helping you understand yourself better, shift stuck patterns, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
