Kaelyn Mora
LCSWA
A New York native now residing in North Carolina, I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Molloy University in 2020 and my Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University in 2021. My early professional experience includes interning with nonprofits supporting the LGBTQ+ community and working in youth gang prevention and intervention, providing group facilitation and one-on-one counseling to children and teens. These roles centered on empowering individuals in at-risk communities by fostering empathetic environments to help navigate life’s complexities.
My background also includes serving as a Peace Corps Education Volunteer for two years, where I deepened my understanding of diverse cultures and led a volunteer support committee to guide peers through complex challenges. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), with a dedication to advocating for individuals, young children, and families through compassionate, culturally responsive care.
