Jillian Vines
LCSWA
Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, I have always felt a deep connection to the people and communities of my home state. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2024 and my Master’s in Social Work with a certification in Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2025. I am currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA).
My professional journey includes extensive experience in both crisis services and counseling. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals across the lifespan—children, teens, young adults, and adults—as they navigate mental health challenges, find resilience, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Areas of Focus
Children & Teens: I use a non-directive approach that integrates play and art into sessions to help children and teens develop coping skills and strengthen emotional regulation. I also collaborate with parents throughout the process to ensure each family’s unique needs are supported.
Adults: I use a variety of evidence-based techniques and approaches to address life challenges and mental health concerns. I support individuals in gaining new perspectives, releasing patterns that no longer serve them, and navigating life and career transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
