I grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, and earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Virginia. I attended graduate school at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, where I earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in North Carolina. My professional journey is fueled by a passion for helping children, individuals, couples, and families navigate their personal paths toward healing and wholeness.
