Christy Sullivan
Co-founder, LCMHCS, RPTS
I am the Co-Director of Willow Creek Counseling, which I co-founded in 2014 alongside my business partner Erin Moncure. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S), with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and women in outpatient mental health settings.
In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision for clinicians working toward LCMHC licensure and for those pursuing certification as Registered Play Therapists (RPT). I am also EMDR trained and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) trained, which I integrate into care when appropriate.
My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing begins with self-understanding and self-acceptance. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel seen, safe, and able to explore both challenges and strengths without judgment.
At the core of my approach is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build insight, resilience, and a greater sense of peace in your relationships and daily life.
