Caroline Tuttle
LCSWA
Born and raised in Apex, North Carolina! I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) from East Carolina University and later completed my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) at North Carolina State University, with a focus in clinical counseling. I am currently pursuing my licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
I have experience working with children, teens, and families. I believe the most meaningful growth happens through authentic connection, creativity, and a supportive space where children and teens feel safe, understood, and valued. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable as we move through the therapeutic process together at a pace that feels right for you.
Areas of Focus
Children & Teens: I support children and teens in developing healthy coping skills, strengthening emotional regulation, and building confidence as they navigate challenges at school and in their daily lives. I strive to help clients better understand their feelings and learn practical tools to manage emotional challenges. I also value creating a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their strengths. I believe in the importance of the parent-child relationship and work collaboratively with caregivers to support growth both in and outside of sessions.
