A native of Apex, NC, I have over a decade of experience working with children and women in counseling.  I have extensive experience working with the following medical conditions:

I value compassion, honesty, and an appreciation for imperfections.  It is my belief that underlying much of our pain is a fundamental lack of self-acceptance.  I focus my work on helping client’s gain a deeper understanding of themselves. With a fundamental belief that you are the expert in your life and that you possess much strength that can help you overcome your current challenges; my goal is to help you to find your own peace and tranquility in your personal life or family life.

I am in network with BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna.  I also accept all out of network policies and will file on your behalf.  Currently not accepting new clients.
