Our Counseling Services

Our practice is experienced and equipped to work with children from 3 years old to young adults. We recognize that each of these age groups require a different approach and we aim to meet each child at a developmental appropriate level.

Children and Family Services
Working with children requires a unique set of skills. Children often find it easier to learn skills and process their feelings through play and art. In our practice, we provide a specialized play therapy space and art therapy space for children to explore the areas they are struggling in and to develop skills to overcome those difficulties.
Parents are encouraged to be an active participant in their child’s therapeutic process. Parenting can feel like an overwhelming task for many parents. We are here to support and help guide you through your parenting journey with your child. We offer one on one parenting sessions and sessions with your child to improve communication, discipline strategies, and restore harmony in your home. Our goal is help both you and your child develop the necessary skills to overcome all that life may throw your way.
